Cancellations, Refunds, Charge back Policy
To cancel an order, please always reach out to our Customer Service Department. For cancellations made after shipping, you are responsible for payment of items already shipped or received.
Refunds are available for products ordered within thirty (30) days of order completion. Repeated refunds are not permitted unless the product is defective upon delivery.
Akusoles reserves the right to deny refunds to customers who make multiple refund requests or appear to request refunds in bad faith.
Charge backs made without reaching out to our customer service to cancel or return order will incur an automatic 30$ administration fee charged on your credit card .
To process a refund, contact customer service with your name and account details. Incorrect information may delay or prevent the return. Refunds may take up to two weeks to appear on your credit card, depending on thebank. We charge a 6$ fee for refunds by credit cards . No charges for refunds sent by check. Refunds by check typically take up to 14 days to be processed.
Shipping and Returns
Standard shipping and handling typically takes 5-21 business days depending if you ordered by check or credit card. To return an unused product, ask customer support for a RMA ( return merchandise authorization) send it to: Akusoles: Attn: Returns Processing.
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees and may incur a restocking fee.
